Planning ahead for your ceremony
Tell us the date of your event, the number of trophies you need and, if possible, the names of the recipients as early as your first enquiry. We propose a solution matched to your schedule and confirm the production time with our quote.
The critical point is almost never manufacturing, but the list of names: until the recipients are confirmed, name engraving cannot begin. If your winners are decided late, there is a simple solution: engrave the name of the award and the year, and leave the name aside.
Order a few spare pieces
This is the advice we give most often. On a series of personalised trophies there is always a name misspelled by a third party, a tie decided the night before, or a piece damaged in transit. Two or three extra pieces, engraved or blank, cost far less than a ceremony where an award is missing.
A trophy for every occasion
Sporting competitions. Winners, rankings and multiple categories. What matters: visual consistency across the series and a controlled unit cost.
Companies & events. Awards, distinctions, achievements and celebrations. A piece that is highly visible during the ceremony and photographed: material and weight in the hand count.
Anniversaries & retirements. A single object that will sit on a desk or shelf for years. The engraved text matters more than the shape here: it is what gets read again.
Personalisation in your image
Logo, name, distinction, date or message: a range of personalisation options makes it possible to create a trophy in the colours of your company, club or event. Depending on the model we offer different materials (glass, metal and others according to your project), shapes, sizes and finishes.
A short text gets read; an engraved paragraph does not. Name of the award, recipient, year, logo. Beyond that the surface saturates and the result suffers. If the text is long, it is better placed on the back or on the base than on the front face.
Your project
Send us your logo (ideally a vector file, .eps or .svg), the text to engrave, the quantity and the date of your event. Your quote request is handled within two working days, and a proof is submitted to you before any engraving.
